Poll: 45 percent approve of Perdue's job performance
Gov. Bev Perdue has the approval of 45 percent of voters, according to a new poll by Rasmussen Reports.

The pollster surveyed 500 likely North Carolina voters on April 19 and found that 45 percent approved of her job performance while 54 percent disapproved.

Rasmussen noted that 30 percent "strongly disapproved" while 13 percent "strongly approved."

The numbers are similar to the ones Rasmussen found last month on Perdue when 43 percent approved while 56 percent disapproved of her job performance.

The April survey had a margin of error of 4.5 percentage points.

3. I was hoping this poll would've been about Sonny. :(
Still, it is Rasmussen, so she could be up over 50% in reality.

4. As a North Carolinian
this isn't so bad, since our democratic governors seem to always poll low and still get re-elected.
