increments...or baby steps as I like to call them. But, we never get what we want, because some on our side (supposedly) always want to punish our politicians before we can ever get anything accomplished. You think people would have learned from the bush fiasco. But no, we're right back where we started. Threatening to punish our own...and then wonder why nothing ever gets accomplished.
