Will American workers at least get some jobs out of this fortune that's being thrown down a rat hole?

Where are bullets made today? Tanks? Armor? Bombs?

Uniforms are made in China, I think.

Where are the MRE's made?

(You'll have to excuse my bitter tone. I watched "Grapes of Wrath" again last night and am feeling a little peeved at the attacks on workers.)

Used to be tons of Defense contractor jobs in SoCal, I know Northrop has Admin staff in LA and Boeing has a facility in Long Beach. Off to google to find out.

5. All over the place
I lived across the road from the Alliant Techsystems (mines, ordnance) plant in suburban St Paul. I interviewed for a job in a company amongst many similar ones making air force components in Colorado Springs. DC area has a bunch. That's just for starters.
