4. Waiting for Obama's motorcade?
Many have cameras. Where is this? It looks like it could be in DC. I've been in DC when the motorcades go by. I had zero interest in Bush's or Cheney's motorcades. In fact, I used to flip Bush's motorcade and helicopter off (in the name of DU of course). But the street looks totally empty, and it looks like everybody is looking for something or waiting for something. In January 09, his limo/motorcade attracted huge crowds everywhere in DC, I think it was because everybody was so sick of Bush by that time.

15. They are waiting to see if Bob is around. Bob always seems to draw a crowd.

"Where's Bob?" they are clearly thinking.

There's Joe - also known as "Bob".

WASHINGTON - MAY 07: U.S. President Barack Obama waves to people on the street after having dinner at Komi restaurant with the first lady in the Dupont Circle neighborhood May 7, 2010 in Washington, DC. The first couple were sent off by a cheering crowd of more than 200 people who had gathered to catch a glimpse of the Obamas.

Oops! I could be wrong. ;)

President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama leave a dinner at Komi, a Greek and Mediterranean restaurant, in Dupont Circle in Washington , Friday, May 7, 2010.
Love the flag.

My favorite "Bob" sighting was at a Notre Dame commencement speech. He was the only person not smiling or clapping - the entire time. But he looked good in his gown and cap.

Bob and Reggie doing a "terrorist fist jab".

Luv Bob :loveya: Crowds love Bob but make him nervous.

16. Hmm.
Relatively conservative attire, mostly. One woman who may be hispanic, another who looks Indian, one African-American woman; the rest of the crowd is white. Ethnically diverse, but racially dominated by whites. Mostly women. Woman on the right on bicycle - very interesting! Looks like the grey-haired guy is drooling after her! Chic urban atmosphere; note the bike rack, relatively new and fancy; note the fine brick facade of the buildings across the street. Lots of gadgets in the crowd, and that seals it: these are people with money.

People with money tend to be Republican, but urban people who are affluent are more likely to be liberals. I think they're waiting for a glimpse of someone, perhaps Ms. Palin and perhaps Mr. Obama.

I look forward to finding out which!

21. There's a lot of money in organized loitering

Many crime families started by skimming the profits from loitering rings.
