Gay mariage will not be decided by politicians, or voters. It will be decided by the Supreme Court.
You all have noticed that the issue loses everytime it is on the ballot, but it wins when it gets to a court room. I really believe that the Supreme Court, even as it is set up now will throw out descrimination in marriage. Serious conservatives like Ted Olson, realize that there is nothing in the Constitution defining marriage. I think Anthony Kennedy, and possibly even John Roberts, will see this issue as an equal rights one.

Is there any case currently on this making its way to the Supreme Court?
