They might vote against her in the final vote, but Richard Lugar, Judd Gregg, and the Maine chicks are not going to filibuster a Supreme Court nominee. Neither will Voinivich, of Ohio, and probably not Bond, of Missouri. They are all on record as not believing in deference to the president. Lindsey Graham will also vote for her, no doubt.
There is no path to 41 here for the Republican's. I think Scott Brown will also vote for her.
