Things that make you go hmmm... and make my head spin |

From a message board about the Kagan nomination. "They say she does not have much of a paper trail due to not ever having been a judge. That is not the truth. There is a paper trail. Look at her writings. She is a big time Socialist. Oh, by the way. She worked for Goldman Sacks for a time. Funny how these people keep poping up in positions of power. The man in office, the one that many feel is the man of the people, is in the pocket of big banking."
From her writings, you can clearly see that she's a socialist, who by the way, worked for "Goldman Sacks." Yes, you definitely find most socialists working in the capitalist financial industry because their goals are so closely aligned.
And Obama, a man of the people faker (because he had such a cushy life as the biracial son of an absentee father born into such a life of privilege, unlike Bush), is a socialist in the pocket of big banking. A socialist working for the benefit of big banking. Obama truly is some kind of Manchurian candidate.
Do you think if you explained things really, really slow, maybe drew pictures, that they would understand that what they are saying makes absolutely no sense?

you're a socialist and a puppet of the capitalist machine at the same time. if it was one or the other they could actually pick a reason for hating, but since it's both they can always be in a state of hate.

The top paragraph in quotes were the offender's words. The rest is just my commentary on his lunacy.

3. It makes absolutely no sense. |

This is an example of someone who is mindlessly spewing talking points without any real understanding of what they're saying. This is what we're up against when we try to educate people.
Logic and coherency seem to mean nothing to people like this. Remember that these people are able to consider someone to be a Socialist, a Nazi, a Communist, a Muslim, and the follower of a radical white-hating Christian pastor, all at the same time.
