.... I really debated posted that protest shot ... but I felt the thread was getting a bit too syrupy and it's not like that one shot would change any of our minds about the matter.

16. that's what i took it to mean.
i'm a reasonably well preserved 55. i wasn't really planning anything. just, ya know, a little something in the back pocket, just in case. i thought it was great that the idea seemed to be picking up steam. but really, people still think 30 is old? shit.

20. Wonderful pictures.
But "smokin' little body"? I am absolutely mortified that someone would speak to the President of the United States in that manner. I guess I'm old fashioned! It makes me embarrassed for my adopted city of Buffalo.

23. Another sweet baby picture! Amazing how calm and happy they are in his arms!
I've never seen a pic of a squalling baby with him...If anything, he seems to calm them. That little baby girl looked like she knew him...I think it's incredible...

25. I saw one crying once....
... as he handed the baby BACK to her mother. I'm not kidding.

I've often thought that will be a metaphor for what 1/20/17 will be like with the American people playing the part of the baby. :)

27. That's interesting. I think what you are getting at is that Obama seems suited
to his role as president in a time of crisis. His level temperament reassures people who are in stress. It is possibly his strongest attribute as a leader...

28. And nothing says "I care about babies" like hoding a baby doll by one leg
Sorry, I love the rest of the pics. Our President is so photogenic. But that one with the guy holding the doll up by one leg on Capital Hill is the one that caught my attention. I know it was only a doll, but it sounds like they were using the dolls to represent babies.
