The AfPak escalation. The non-closing of Gitmo. The continuation of Executive Overreach. The lip service paid to reforming Rendition with no follow-up. And now, the proposed tinkering with Miranda.
Why is the President acquiescing to people who will never even consider voting for him in 2012?
