5. Now that you mention it

I notice two things about the photoshopped pic, one is that if the cigarette's in Obama's mouth, it would have to have a really long filter in order to have that much of said filter showing.

Also, the portion of the lips directly in contact with the cigarette would have to look like they were either pinched around it, or some gap between them, or he would actively have to be in the act of taking a drag, which doesn't seem likely from the relaxed look on his face, and the fact that the tip isn't glowing.
