The NYT reporter who distorted Blumenthal words, wrote the Massa story

that attempted by blame the House Democratic leadership and Rahm. This was the article which had the theme that teh Democrats were pushing him out because he was going to vote against healthcare - complete with a naked Rahm Emmanuel arguing with him in the Senate gym. This story, which had about a week's run as the purient story of the cable stations ended up being a very untrue view of what happened. Massa was the problem, not the leadership.

I scanned all his articles, but they are all about Democrats, and other than the not all that flattering Cuomo one, they are all pretty negative.
