Question re: Rand Paul in KY. What is typical African American turnout?

You can look up the last few senate elections and the numbers will probably be slightly smaller given the "Obama effect".

I want to say it's only about 8% of the population. However, hopefully we can up the turnout of those offended by racism. Hopefully that's a fair number of people.
