Rand Paul: Obama criticism of BP is 'un-American'
As controversy swirls around his comments on the Civil Rights Act, the Kentucky GOP Senate candidate criticizes the Obama administration for declaring it will put its "boot heel on the throat of BP."
Paul said that leads to the thinking that tragic incidents are "always someone's fault" and added, sometimes accidents just happen.
