1. The generic ballot is very interesting, the Dems seem to have
bounced back somewhat.

4. Oh, Rasmussen had Obama at 42% approval yesterday.
But when you weight a poll in conservative's favor, that is not surprising.

8. These should be huge news
CNN(hardly a Liberal organization despite what the Right wing would tell You)-Backing up NBC,and PPP.and a 4 point lead In Generic
Ballet.I repeat Democrats ahead In Generic ballet

Q-has bounced from early 40's to late 40's In approval(remember they were the first to say he could win Pa,Ohio, and Florida
against Mccain) and has 6 point In generic Ballet.Again repeat this a 6 point lead among Democrats In Generic ballet.Think of this
when matthews and other pundits say we are headed for a disaster for Democrats.

CBS-Consdering they do poll with NY Times which did a hatchet job to Blumenthal this Is both amazing they have It this high and not
surprising It would be the lowest non Ras Poll.

10. You also have to wonder if the polling is accounting enough for the growing cellphone-only crowd.
They tend to be young, urban, and Internet-savvy. Gee, I wonder which way they lean politically?

12. The media decides who's up and who's down.
and that's the way they like it.

Far as I can tell, they are working to take down this President,
and some of us are right there with them.

16. More importantly than the generic numbers with a simple "for or against" GOP is losing enthusiasm
http://blogs.cqpolitics.com/eyeon2010/2010/05/what-enthusiasm-gap.html

You've seen lots of TV talkers describing how much more motivated ready-for-a-comeback Republicans are this year than the sitting-on-power Democrats. Not so fast, says the Washington Times.

It's a bit more complicated than that.

The GOP's enthusiasm edge over the Democrats has narrowed lately, down from a 19-point gap in April to 14 points now, according to a Gallup poll released this week. Overall enthusiasm in both parties is down from its peak, a 15 point drop for the Republicans and 10 points for the Democrats.
