Fast forward to today (16 months later)...

If you knew that the Obama administration and the Democrats would have accomplished this much (see below), how would you have felt?

I think we would have all been pretty happy.

Stimulus passed by Democrats that created 2.5 million+ jobs
Saved Auto Industry
Passed HCR (I know, not perfect)
Started end to DADT
Dow over 10,000+
Largest monthly job growth in four years
Three months before all combat troops are gone from Iraq - hopefully!

FWIW, I agree that many things (Afghanistan, no public option, offshore drilling, etc.) could have been done better.

1. If we are "out" of Iraq next year, then Bush was brilliant for waging war
The idea that we will have an easy victory in Iraq is flawed. I opposed the war because I knew that a stable, secular, unified, pro-west Iraq was at least 50 years of blood and treasure away.

If we can "mission accomplish" by next year then I was wrong (about the war requiring American blood and treasure for 50 years) and Bush was right to unseat a dictator and show the world what we do to our enemies..

3. Some one will accuse you of being an Obama lover for that
ever since the TeaBaggers gained popularity so many folks feel they have to follow them down that path
