11. Actually, the Russians suggested that a month ago.

They've used nuclear bombs to stop leaks in their neck of the woods. It probably would have worked here, too.

But it will never happen here because BP still wants this oil. A nuclear weapon would fuse the ocean floor into something impenetrable.

And if the financial fallout from this disaster takes BP down altogether (which is very possible at this point, and it is still getting worse), then ExxonMobile or some other oil company will drill right here in this same exact spot.

explain to Tweety what Obama meant when he said the media may lose interest. Tweety was so insulted, "We'll be here long after he leaves!" Chuck had to explain (really badly) that Obama was talking long-term, with regard to clean up.

Then he bitched about Stephen Cho's Nobel prize. "President Obama has a Nobel prize too. So what!" OMG. He's such a dumbfuck -- he can't differentiate between a Nobel prize for Peace and one for Physics, or the fact that physics is what they're dealing with 1 mile under the sea so to have a degree (or NObel prize) in physics is helpful, as opposed to you know, being a fisherman or a truck driver.

The guy he is interviewing TELLS HIM that would be even worse than the actual leak, because NOW you have millions of tons of metal ontop of the leak, and now the oil would begin to come out of MANY DIFFERENT PLACES instead of ONE
