1. Orrin Hatch is a sorry SOB. |
|
He is my Senator, and every time I write him his usual response is the 'right wing" talking points.
With the gerrymandering that has been accomplished by the Utah Republican Legislature, and the lock step mentality of the Mormon "faithful", there is no hope of unseating this disgusting individual.

they are grasping for any little thing they can use to turn into an issue. This is what they do and some people don't get it yet.

2. I think if you compiled a list of those trying to get Blumenthal over this |
|
You would have a list of corporate tools who are deathly afraid that Blumenthal would take his anti corruption pro consumer attitude with him into the Senate.

6. "FLASHBACK: When the NY Times ignored gaping holes in candidate Bush's war record " |
|
Freaking mediawhore/gNOp hypocrites.. <snip> "One of the striking talking points that came out of The New York Times in the wake of its controversial article last week about whether Connecticut Democrat Richard Blumenthal had, over the years, exaggerated his military service during the Vietnam War era, was the insistence from the Times that the story was a deeply important one and one that needed to be covered. The Times, faced with stiff criticism for its handling of the Blumenthal story, seemed to suggest it had a moral obligation, not to mention a newsroom duty, to look closely at the military service rhetoric from a New England politician running in a statewide election.'http://readersupportednews.com/off-site-news-section/47-47/2051-ny-times-ignored-bushs-war-record

7. And meanwhile Blumenthal has a huge lead still per the latest Quinnipiac poll. |
|
Blumenthal is still well liked here in CT no matter what Rethugs try.
