Is there any truth that Obama can force BP out and hire every oil company to work on this? |
I heard Chris Matthews say that, but that doesn't sound right for some reason.

2. Would that relieve them of their financial liability? I'm thinking if he could have, |
he would have, because he knows they've been yanking our chain.

3. It was suggested that they could be placed in temporary receivership BUT |
I believe that would require Congressional action and I would avoid that at all cost.
Besides. What would be the incentive for other oil companies to complete the job as fast as possible and considered completed by the government? BP has the most experience and equipment or nearly so than anyone else. BP also has the most to lose financially if they don't finish the job. The longer it takes the more expensive.
