And you can ask him to resign effective immediately as a Chariman of the Garland County Election Commission. He was the one that decided from 41 poll sites to 2.
Then a lawsuit should be filed by the good people of Hot Springs against Tapp for election fraud.

9. I don't understand how one person can make that decision |
|
if he is one of three on the board. I couldn't find anything in Arkansas Code that determined the operation of the County Election Commission. Specifically whether the chair can make decisions with the other members of the board or decisions must be decided by the board as a whole.
Also, what political party does this quack belong to?

Hence the poll closure in Halter's biggest district.

12. Was he appointed or elected to the position. |
|
If appointed by whom? I would be going after that person too.
Here in Indiana two of the election board members in each county is appointed by a Democratic and a Republican Party County Chair. And the third is the elected County Clerk.

5. I am worried about Garland County |
|
That's where I live. Mom and I voted with no problem just across from the gated community in Hot Springs Village as they were open from June 1 to June 8th, but there's a big problem in the city of Hot Springs due to lack of parking and they were turning away early voters. I am so pissed! We will see what happens.
