On Monday Night Raw this week, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon "fired" WWE Raw General Manager Bret "The Hitman" Hart in what appeared to be the continuation of an ongoing storyline.
On Tuesday, however, some are beginning to wonder if the legendary Bret Hart may have actually been released for real. And for good. The reason? Own Hart's wife is taking aim at WWE once again.
Today it was announced that the late Owen Hart's widow plans to file suit against World Wrestling Entertainment yet again, a continuation of the legal battles that began as a result of the fatal 1999 stunt that the WWE and its executives - including Republican U.S. Senate candidate Linda McMahon - were "responsible for."
As covered Tuesday morning by Rajah, Martha Hart says that both Vince and Linda McMahon continue to use Owen Hart's name, image, and likeness after his death despite her claim that the WWE executives agreed to do so.

The complaint is up and posted here. It appears actually to be much worse than your blurb of it. Not only are they using him without her permission (and rights apparently reverted, under his contract, at the time of his death, to his estate), but *they haven't paid the estate for the stuff they haven't gotten permission for*-- meaning that they're in breach of even their interpretation of the contract.
