What he did, alter video to smear and ruin Sherrod, is criminal n despicable

The GOP must get rid of this dude or peeps will conclude they are his Masters.....

2. isn't there a geneva convention about cruel and unusual punishment? wouldn't that apply to the
rest of the inmates having to deal with that reichwing scum? actually, wouldn't that be true for all of them? devil's island for breity and company

At least not legally.

Sharrod could sue him on civil grounds for misrepresentation and loss of wages, though it would be tough on the later part since she was offered her job back.

5. I agree with your sentiment
and you must keep in mind that I am not a lawyer, but I believe a civil judgment would be the best we could hope for. Mind you, I relish the thought of that lying sack of shit Breitbart spending time in jail, but I have serious doubts that it would ever occur.
