5 Republicans voted for Kagan--Scott Brown wasn't one of them
They were: Collins, Graham, Gregg, Lugar, and Snowe

How can Scott Brown go back to the voters of MA and say he's a moderate? if he can't buck the right wing even on a Supreme Court nominee?

Oh, and the only Dem to vote no is that jackass Ben Nelson.

4. What a generous tag for the fine Senator considering how he joined many Repugs in pissing on
the advice and consent prerogative intended in the Constitution. :P

5. The Boston Herald and the Boston Globe will refuse to report on it
as usual because they enjoy the taste of Scott Brown's santorum so much.

Tell me, can you even define the term "socialism"? Do you even know what it ACTUALLY means? Or did you just take Rush and Beck at their word when they defined it for you?

Also, shouldn't you be sobbing in some cheap beer over the fact that bigotry lost in California?

12. You missed it. It was hilarious.
A half-cocked tirade about "SOSHULISM" and Scott Brown not being a Republican, when in fact he's become a pretty strict Republican, followed by a "NAME ONE SOCIALIST COUNTRY THAT HAS WORKED ARGH".

I wish the mods had left him for chum.

9. We are not "socialist"
And Brown is a Republican. I see you are one with half a brain. Congratulations. Now learn the difference between "liberal" and "socialist" with it.

15. He voted against a person from his own state, and a more moderate person, that's really bad
Kagan was probably the most moderate person Obama was considering for the Supreme Court (other then maybe Garland), and she's from his home state, yet he STILL votes against her!

After the 2010 election it'll probably become impossible for Obama to get ANY supreme court nominee through these radical republicans, unless they get rid of the damn filibuster.
