4. hell no!
"Obama is like Bush" is one of the most nonsensical phrases I've ever heard.

Some people may have used it (in poor taste) in the context of discussing very specific policy issues where there's little difference between Bush and Obama policies.

Some people say it out of blind anger.

Some people say it to piss off others.

Some people use it as a convenient cheap shot to build divisions among progressives.

Now we have a new emerging nonsensical term: "Professional Left."

Ah, the dumbing down of politics ....

5. ...
Yes, it is one of the most absurd comparisons I have heard.

It only works if you are actually comparing specific policies. And if that is what you mean, then come out and say that you think that policy is the same as Bush's.

6. if Obama blames Bush on the economic crisis the RW throw it back at him
with the Obama is like Bush thing. However they disguise it as the left's fault.

I hope that the right spin enough to choke them.

You could probably get a few of them to 'fess up to their vote in 'public'.

8. No, he's a much better basketball player
But seriously, do you think Bush would add two Democratic women to the Supreme Court?

And about 200 other reasons I won't bother to list since the question is so silly.

9. Well we did see the video of Bush trying to bounce a basketball, but
I would trot out your first comment that his SCOTUS appointments are nothing like the ones that * made.

11. Bush was able to convince the public and a LOT of Democrats to do what was wrong
Obama cannot convince the public or hardly any of the GOP to do what's right!!

12. I do NOT.
Yes, I am frustrated with his reaching out to the people who are only interested in sabotaging his agenda rather than listening to his base.
Yes, I am frustrated in many, many, many ways. But I never thought that Obama was perfect. I only thought that he would be an improvement. And that he has been.

But in NO way, shape or form is Obama the same as George W. Bush. I will NEVER believe that. Ever.

16. Bush is amazingly stupid, but not afraid to act like a leader. Obama is amazingly smart
and does not act like a leader since he won the Presidency, at least not like a Democratic leader...

(Oh, and Fuck You, Gibbs.)
