2. Only 11% in in Fulton, and half of Cobb still out.
Those outstanding ballots might be enough to nudge Handel ahead in a nail-biter.

8. Nate Silver says his model shows Handel winning 50.7 - 49.3 for Deal.
Based on a straight linear extrapolation of the vote by county, Handel would beat Deal 50.7-49.3. But, obviously, too close to call. #GAGov
