Is this the same Barack Obama who promised transparancy in government? Where's the change that I can believe in now, Mr. President? There you go, off eating lunch on the taxpayers' dime and WE ARE LOCKED OUT. Standing on the outside looking in. No, not even "looking in" because you won't allow cameras to record every tasty morsel of your meal.

What are you dining on, Mr. President? Lobster and petit fours? While the rest of us are having tuna fish sandwiches in our cubicles -- those of us lucky enough to still have jobs? How dare you, showing up for work every day, as if mocking the millions of Americans who are suffering through the recession that you did not create but have yet to end?

How dare you, sir!

There. You've done it. I hope you're satisified. Now I'm in a snit with nothing but the dulcet tones of Jane Hamsher to assure me that my righteous outrage is not the result of pathological narcissim on my part, but the fault of a President who has been unable to live up to the standards that I personally set for him, but that he was unwilling to agree to. In writing.
