PPP: Alex Sink's edge holds up over Rick Scott

Public Policy Polling is the first to publish a poll (how's that for alliteration!) after last night's primary -- though the poll was taken over the weekend. Bottom line: Alex Sink, 41; Rick Scott, 34; and Bud Chiles, 8. (The Democratic-leaning firm polled 567 voters, for a MoE of 4.1 percentage points.)

The biggest takeaway is that Scott has some rehabbing to do among Republicans and independents. (GOP voters like him 44-35 while independents dislike him 26-54.) As we've noted before, the biggest problem for Sink is that nearly half the electorate doesn't know her.
