3. Boxer is pretty psyched about the debate

In an email sent out, she expressed how great it went.

4. There was no "You're no Jack Kennedy" moment

It was all platitudes and cliches on both sides; a regurgibate of material that has been floating around for months. The candidates' mutual dislike perfectly reflects the attitudes of voters about the candidate each of them doesn't like. Near-complete polarization on just about everything.

Voters have already made up their minds on this one. I will be very surprised if the silly polls shift an iota. Neither candidate said anything that has a prayer of persuading someone to part from her opponent's camp.

5. So basically, you expect Boxer to win by about 3-4 points?
Hopefully that happens!

6. Yes, Boxer will win it by a single-digit margin and call it a "mandate"
Edited on Thu Sep-02-10 09:22 AM by slackmaster
I'm predicting under five percentage points spread.

7. If Bush can call barely getting above 50% a mandate...
