1. I agree, calm is needed today.

Someone with a hair trigger temper and not thinking things through would be the worst thing for this country now. We need the common sense that the President uses to handle crisis after crisis.

I guess commending the President on hurricane preparedness, now, would spoil the predictable outrage when the hurricane damage isn't cleaned up in an hour.

He's not twisting arms for the public option on that phone, is he?
