Obama proposal for 200 billion business incentive: better late than never but
no way the republicans will allow this to go through now. They don't want any successes at tis point, especially anything that will help the economy. It will fly through if they retake congress.

1. Dems will hold onto Congress. Repubs need a huge amount of
wins to accomplish a takeover and considering their very inferior candidates, that is highly doubtful...
