11. Cable News
At times CNN will actully show Obama speaking while MSNBC will often during the day stick to talking heads talk.CNN Is too Fox lite
for my tastes.Liberals and Democrats watch MSNBC for Ed,Countdown, and rachel Maddow and maybe Tweety at times. The morning till Tweety
MSNBC Is pure conservative.MSNBC tries to be Conservative during the day and become more liberal for their evening shows which get
the best ratings.

21. Maybe because until evening, MSNBC is conservative and on weekends they show
prison shows ad nauseum? At least CNN has Rick Sanchez and a couple others...

12. Talking about the Employee Free Choice Act....
Edited on Mon Sep-13-10 01:35 PM by Clio the Leo
... says its goal is to make the playing field even. Says the WH is supportive of it, but doesn't have 60 votes to get it passed .... so WH has been trying to get things done through the executive branch.

Then goes on to extol what GOOD things unions have done for the American people. Says he thinks we need to balance protecting the worker along side allowing businesses to stay competitive with the world who will always be able to offer cheaper labor. Wants to be able to offer a better skilled workforce.

For anyone who thinks he's "out of touch," they obviously don't watch him.
