The truth does hurt. "The Republican Tea Party" per Biden
Vice President Biden weighed in on the Republicans and their feelings are hurt because he told the truth. The Tea Party vote Republican 100 percent of the time. They were started by entrenched Republicans. That makes them Republicans. Anyone who doesn't know this by now hasn't been paying attention.

From this day forward everyone should refer to the Republicans as the "Republican Tea Party" because that's what Republicans have aligned themselves with... tea bags.

3. Yes - good -- Republican Tea Party. Thom Hartmann said we should start
referring to the Great Depression as the Republican Great Depression, but that never seemed to take off.

The Tea Party IS attached to the Republican party in our minds, I think -- which is good. Serves them right for initially jumping on board before they found out how crazy they actually are.

The Republican Tea Party.

5. Let's see... the politicians who speak at their rallies are all GOP...
...and candidates who claim to be Tea Party candidates actually appear on the ballot as Republicans. Looks and sounds Republican to me

The Tea Party isn't a separate, new party the way Ross Perot's Reform Party was a separate, new party; It is simply a rebranding of the same old GOP after McCain's losing presidential bid and 8 disastrous years of Bush Jr. made people ashamed to publicly admit they were Republicans.

It's not a party; it's not a movement; it is simply a new marketing campaign.

6. The "Republican TeaBag Party"
They don't deserve the respect of being called the Tea Party.

When I think of a Tea Party, it is little girls in tiaras, their dolls and teddy bears seated beside them, with little PB&J finger sandwiches and tiny cups of tea/chocolate milk/pink Kool-Aid (not the political kind).

I think you can't leave out the "Bag" in the Republican TeaBag Party. It just says so much about them, imo. That they chose the name in the first place - the idiots.

9. When you jump on a tiger for a ride you go where the tiger wants to go
And the tiger of the "Tea Party" is running straight into the batshit crazy, far right-wing looney bin.
