screw the developing world. That's because the locals then can't get a fair price for their own produce.

depends on what kind of produces. The developing world, as I quoted from Stiglitz and Charlton, is a net importer of importers of “temperate” agricultural products. Not that I wholeheartedly support Chang in having farm susidies but radical lifting of them is neither the way.
