New polls show a movement in CA.
Edited on Thu Sep-23-10 06:40 AM by Mass
With the number of polls showing Boxer ahead of Fiorina and Brown catching up on Whitman in CA, there seems to be a genuine movement toward Democrats in CA. Hopefully, we will see it in other states.

Two new polls in CA

Survey USA, whose polls have been criticized for leaning toward GOP this season is showing Boxer up by 6

A new SurveyUSA poll in California shows Sen. Barbara Boxer (D) leading Carly Fiorina (R) in the U.S. Senate race, 49% to 43%.

This is Boxer's first lead in 2 months in the poll and an 8-point swing to the Democrat over the past 3 weeks.

And the Field POll and SUSA show either a dead heat or a lead for Brown
Dead Heat in California

Meanwhile, a new SurveyUSA poll has Brown leading the race, 46% to 43%.

Dead Heat in California
A new Field Poll in California shows Meg Whitman (R) and Jerry Brown (D) deadlocked in the race for governor among likely voters, 41% to 41% with 18% still undecided.
Meanwhile, a new SurveyUSA poll has Brown leading the race, 46% to 43%.

I dont put too much stock in individual polls, but the number of polls going in the same direction here is good sign. Go California.

5. as long as the 'moderate centrists' do not vote for Meg
many of the 'moderate Democrats' hate Jerry for being a bit liberal, and usually they vote to the right at the drop of a hat, so as long as the 'centrists' do not go for Whtiman and vote Democratic, all is well.
