GOP flack Ed Gillespie: "People would be electing Republicans to get our fiscal house in order.'
The audacity of this is truly mind boggling! Obama was presented a $1.3 trillion deficit the day he took office. That Republicans can get away with this utter bullsh*t shows how feckless and complicit our media has become. Mike Allen sits there interviewing him on C-Span 2 this morning and, of course, remains mute at this ludicrous assertion from Mr. Gillespie.

This interview is now over.

Arianna Huffington is hosting this symposium on the 2010 Mid-Term Elections evidently sponsored by Google. There is now a group discussion which includes Nate Silver, Amy Walter.
