The administration isn't blameless. That said, make sure you vote

I don't agree with those suggesting that those who feel let down by the administration are imagining things or are whining. Neither does Tom Harkin:

Sen. Tom Harkin: “There’s a certain hubris among the people around Obama in the White House that they were above the fray and didn’t have to pay attention to the base.… Certainly a president has to govern from the middle, but you’ve got to reassure your base that what they did and how hard they worked was worth something.”

But if anyone is thinking about not voting because of this, you're out of your damn mind. A Republican congress would be a disaster.

If the Republicans win it will appear to validate their turn to the crazies and they'll continue down this road.

1. Even conservatives should know better than to vote Republican.

They onced preached, all the time, that actions have consequences. And putting the wreckless Republicans back will have even worse consequences than the Bush depression.
