3. Net unfavorable only passes above net favorable twice ... and
each time, it barely does so.

You would not know that from the media reporting ... or by many DU comments.

4. That hasn't actually started yet in most cases, because it will happen it the
plan year that starts after September 23.

I assume it is President Obama strongly listing the things that just became effective - including that. This suggests that Obama and others need to continue communicating those points. The more people hear, the better they like it - and as the Republicans have repealing it as one of their two big points (along with extending all the Bush tax cuts), this could help a lot in currently close races.

8. Stop polling it as "ObamaCare" and start asking people what they think
of certain provisions in the bill, and I guarantee you the response will be overwhelmingly positive.

Republicans did a good job of turning "ObamaCare" into as distasteful a dog-whistle as they did "liberal".
