a practical path to getting things done and it's worked. It requires letting the past go as hard as that is and yes sometimes through that gaining Republican votes than completely lose all co-operation by trying to strong arm a very stubborn opposition. The system makes change very hard so if we stand back and don't win the debate it's a surefire way for none to happen.
