(R)asmussen Poll--Maryland Governor: O'Malley (D) 49% Ehrlich (R) 41% |
|
Democratic incumbent Martin O’Malley holds his largest advantage yet over Republican Bob Ehrlich in the race to be Maryland’s next governor.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in the state finds O’Malley earning 49% of the vote, while Ehrlich receives 41% support. One percent (1%) favors some other candidate, and eight percent (8%) remain undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
This race now moves from a Toss-Up to Leans Democratic in the Rasmussen Reports Election 2010 Gubernatorial Scorecard.
Last month, O’Malley was only slightly ahead of Ehrlich, 50% to 47%. The race has been neck-and-neck since late April.

5. So proud of the way O'Malley and the MD Dems are running this campaign. |
|
Barbara Mikulski is running away with her reelection.
Steny Hoyer has no threat, either, although the guy running against him is a teabagger that I went to college with. Long story.
And O'Malley's commercial is impressive and is being replayed all over the TV. Very, very effective and right to the point. One of those ads is being run by an independent group. Giving the Repukes a piece of their own medicine.
It's looking pretty darn good here in Maryland.
And my congressman, Chris Van Hollen, is doing a bang-up job!!! :toast:

Thank goodness. I HATE the Ehrlich signs. Even here in my liberal neck of the woods, they pop up in weird places and annoy me. GAH!
Glad to see this poll. I can't believe Marylanders would be stupid enough to elect Ehrlich twice.
