CA House--Bera (D) raises over $550,000 in third quarter in challenge against (R) incumbant Lugren

HOUSE RACE PREVIEW – BERA KEEPS IT GOING: California congressional candidate Ami Bera brought in over $550,000 in the third quarter of 2010, another powerful performance that puts him in a position to give GOP Rep. Dan Lungren a real challenge on Nov. 2. Bera, a physician, beat Lungren’s fundraising numbers during the previous five fundraising quarters. A September PPP poll showed the race at 46 percent for Lungren, 38 percent for Bera.
