Senate Race rundown--The Northeast--Dems lead in 6 out of 8 races
The Democrats appear to be leading in senate races in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New York--both A & B & Vermont. The GOP is ahead in PA and New Hampshire. If these trends continue the GOP will gain one Senate seat from the Northeast--PA--(which of course they had prior to Specter jumping ship). Hopefully Sestak can pick up ground in the next four weeks.

4. Local OFA groups in my area have been GOTV for months already.
We could always do with more help, though.

Democratic vote-rich Philadelphia and its suburbs are the main target. Pittsburgh is a secondary target.

5. OFA Is Going The Be The REAL Story Of This Election: They Are An Efficient MONSTER
Edited on Wed Oct-06-10 12:28 PM by Beetwasher
Quietly going about their business, almost under the radar, but people are going to be wondering after the election "Whuh happened?" and scratching their heads at Dem turnout. And it will be because of Obama's baby OFA.

9. but. . . she's an endless supply of jaw dropping
amazement. Like a slo mo visual of a flood taking down a bridge, as a fully loaded ammo train approaches the abyss, going far too fast to slow down in time.
