President Obama warns agenda will go backwards with House GOP win
http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2010/10/president_obama_warns_democrat.html

President Barack Obama tonight told New Jersey Democratic donors the nation is "moving in the right direction," and "we’re going to start going backwards" if Republicans win control of Congress.

"We’re in a very tough election season because the country is going through a very difficult time," Obama told about 50 wealthy Democrats in the Creskill home of Michael Kempner, the CEO of a public relations and lobbying firm.

"We’ve had to make a lot of tough decisions," the president said, mentioning efforts to stem the recession and enact health care reform "I’m extraordinarily confident we’re moving in the right direction."

Obama’s 10-minute pep talk helped raise an estimated $1 million for the Democratic National Committee as the party scraps to preserve their majorities in Congress. The money will be used in races across the nation.

2. Well the republicans are again circulating email trash about
Democrats and Obama in the white house. I got this email that said.."Remember the illegal gate crashers in the white house"...you scroll down and it says "well they are still there". I fired back "I guess. But it takes a long time to steam clean the white house from the trash that occupied it during the last administration." That was all. From now on I will delete and not open anything from this person. The headline was misleading. But if they said that about Obama they are not worth reading. I don't want to block them, they are a relative and the information they send might be important. But these things will go in the trash bin.

3. Obama surrounded himself with the wrong people?
Not regretting it now......? Or maybe just going back for more of what got him elected in the first place? Will the pattern be repeated?
