The anxiety and nervousness about the unknown. |
|
It serves no purpose to ask why?
But it is disturbing to see so many people so anxious about an election. Not because one Party may win and one Party may lose, but that one Party is chocked full of nuts. And if they get into power, they will create untold damage and suffering. For example, the nut in KY wants to charge Medicare recipients a $2000 deductible. In some parts of the nation, some may be able to afford that. Believe me, in Kentucky, they cannot. If they put that nut into office, it will be a disaster of unknown proportion.
But, it is not just Kentucky. They are spread across this country. In many of the races, they are favored to win or are close enough to win in just about every race. And people are rightfully concerned and anxious about the next election.
It should not be this way. Voters should not have to feel this type of concern. But they do. By all rights, the Democrats should have had a comfortable election, after eight years of Republican disaster. But we do not. So we are stuck in this unknown state of anxiety until we can see if the patient survives?

1. It all comes down to lack of prosecution. |
|
The criminals involved in the bushes false presidency were never held to account for their action. Rich and powerful criminals did not even receive a minor slap on the wrist. So, they got richer and more powerful.
If President Obama had had the guts to prosecute, we would not be seeing this Tea-bagging right wing fake Libertarian assault in our elections.

Sorry but there are waaaaay more people in the US who are NOT political junkies, or politically interested for that matter, who would see such action as purely political and a waste of resources when there are many in dire straights. Imagine what the tea-party and GOP puppet masters would do with that. And they would have a much larger group of supporters.
Besides, no President will ever set such a precedent.
