No one gets their own special set of facts to prove a point..not me, not you, not them

Sitting back and looking at the threads again.. we all have a point of view grounded in our DNA...

But none of us, gets to use half the facts, or our special cherry picked facts to prove our points.. Not me, not you , not them.

All that accomplishes in the end is a circular firing squad that loses sight of what might be a very good point.

11. And informed opinions are always nice.

I am constantly amused at the fact that those who have negative opinions on how the admin is handling .... oh, I dunno, lets say Afghanistan .... are quoting news articles (which in and of itself is not bad) and NOT commenting on what they themselves heard during during the House/Senate hearings over the last week.

Even more amusing are those articles which mischaracterize what the principles said during those hearings (and I know this because I heard them with my own little ears.)
