Ron Johnson: We have the best health care in the world without Obama care
Edited on Sun Oct-10-10 02:53 AM by bigdarryl
This is what he said in the debate with Russ Feingold. For him it is the best because this guy is a multi millionaire he can afford health care. But you take a poor person making 40.000 a year without no health care there in trouble if we keep the system as is under Johnson's theory.Bottom line he's just another rich rethug wanting to get rid of the Health care Reform if he gets to the Senate.I don't know why this guy is up in the polls in that state.

1. Well,
we do have all the healthcare your money can buy.

But by some metrics, it isn't the best when considered nationally. And many people can't afford, and cannot in-practice access, the medical care they need (reducing productivity).

Moreover, the cost of healthcare (taken broadly) is high and generally rising faster than incomes (unless you're one of the fortunate few; the healthcare sector certainly appears rather efficient at generating revenues), imposing a costly, uncompetitive burden on our society.

And if we're going to resort to schmaltzy pap -- and deny our problems, then we have no hope of solving them.

3. Bet he wouldn't say that if he was making only $25,000
a year instead of being as rich as he is.

4. No, we don't. Otherwise, 45,000 Americans wouldn't DIE every year because
they can't afford health care. I am so sick of these repulsive repukes LYING constantly.

5. That statement is so ridiculous it does not deserve a reply. We are not even close
to the top by any measure.
