FRAME: All Democrats running in close elections need to call GOP opponents "the Bush Crowd"

It's not only true that nearly ALL of the Republicans running were willing participants in the Bush policies over the years, but they want to continue the failed policies as The Solution.

All Democrats need to drumbeat into the political discussion is that "the Bush Crowd" and their foreign outsourcing investors want to buy American votes and think the American people want to hit the Rewind button.
