Russ Feingold is now in dead heat tie with Ron Johnson in new poll
I've always thought that Russ was going to win, even if it's a squeaker. Looks like Johnson may have peaked too soon...

A poll released Tuesday found that
Wisconsin’s U.S. Senate race is too close to call,
with Democratic incumbent Russ Feingold and
Republican challenger Ron Johnson about even.

Johnson was ahead among likely voters, 49 percent
to 47 percent, the St. Norbert College Survey Center
poll found. But the 2 percentage point difference is
within the margin of error of 5 percentage points,
meaning the race is a toss-up.

Several other polls in previous weeks have shown
Johnson with a slight lead. Feingold acknowledged
then that he was the underdog, but he started
saying last week that his campaign’s internal polling
shows the two candidates running neck-and-neck
among likely voters.

1. He's been heavily targeted by the national rethugs
Where I live there are ads a plenty against him all through the evening news. Sickening.

He could use your help as he, like in so many races, is being outspent by mystery dollars.

5. It has to do with the Presidency since Obama has been supporting Russ
I didn't read ALL of DU, ferfuckssakes, before I posted it.

Maybe it should only be posted in the Wisconsin Forum. Thanks, boss. :puke:

6. Does Wisconsin actually vote, or do they use those damnable machines?
Because if there's no legitimate way to account for the votes, it sounds like they are setting this up to be stolen.

14. "Too Close to Call" -- I call B.S.
That would be "Too Close to Call" a la Florida 2000 and Ohio 2004

Despite the RW-ers in Wisconsin, this state was Bluest of BLUE for Obama
