Good morning n’at…and I will be sending in another PA Ground Report asap…but, this is really and trully bugging me…so I wanna ask my fellow Buzzerz about this.

Joe “Faux Kennedy” Sestak is running ads, here in PA, (on a.m. talk radio this morning) using the ‘GREED IS GOOD’ quote (by Michael Douglas–his actual voice, as Gordon Gekko, in the original Wall Street movie).

Ok…can anyone help me find if this is ‘sanctioned/permitted/legally allowed’ (in terms of copyrighted material, intellectual property). Yes, my guess is that the most (if not all Hollywood types would support an Obama acolyte like Sestak), but I have to wonder if they don’t realize either the clip is being used…OR…don’t think conservatives ever buy movie tickets.

FWIW…I am starting to get fretful that Pat Toomey is fading. I live in a red county and my Congressman, Tim Murphy is very conservative, very safe. Yet the polling calls Mr. MQ-C (he is a regististered R, I am a Dem) are all for Murphy…NOTHING FOR TOOMEY yet!!!

Please, could the PA Rs be snatching defeat from the jaws of victory?
