After this election is over I'll still be asking myself this question. Why do Americans want to put
conservatives in power when they promise to cut social security, to do nothing about unemployment, cut medicare and medicaid, roll back reforms on insurance companies and financial institutions?

Is it because none of us really need any help from government programs or are we just stupid? I'm not buying either one of those.

If the conservatives take over because of the next election I will never understand why. I sure as hell don't think there are enough people on the left angry with Obama to turn the country over to the right.

3. I think
It's because of what their individual Congress Critter has or has not done. My congress critter has spent less than 59 seconds on the House Floor. He was elected in 08 as a first time Critter right along side Congressman Grayson.

So I look at how much time Grayson has TAKEN for his constituents - and I look at mine. . .

It's a no brainer to get rid of mine and get someone in there instead who has Chutzpah!

6. Why is it nonsense?
Grayson actually went there and put in 2 years of work. My Congress Critter? He did not. He's admitted it.

Grayson has nothing to be ashamed of . . . he tried to do something for his constituents.

Lance - rich boy with a silver spoon in his mouth who has been handed everything - will probably win. But I'm still NOT voting for him based on his lazy assed behavior.

Again - how is this post nonsense? Or are you one of those DU'ers that just likes to go around calling others retarded, stupid, nonsensical, etc. etc.? <-- They do exist you know. ;-)

4. And another thing I think is funny
People that vote for a Congress Critter say ohhhhhh - in Iowa who thinks that by voting for that Critter - they can actually GET RID of Nancy Pelosi. There are absolute idiots in America that realize she might not be the Speaker of the House -

But her district - Ain't no way they aren't voting for her.

Wait for the collective head explosion when they realize - Wait?!? I voted for Congressman or Congresswoman NUMNUTS! I thought that would get Nancy Pelosi out of the House for good.

Their eejits! Eeeejits I tell ya!

14. But wait! There's more...
I must hand it to you for a gallant try in attempting to understand the American Electorate.

I believe they are convinced that by voting for their 'critteR' that the majority of the House will swing to the R's and then this guy will be 2 steps away from being the Prez American Nightmare

are spending a good deal of cash hoping to push the GOP into a majority. That should tell a middle class or poor person all they need to know.

10. I don't understand the American voter mind frame either...
or should I say the Independent voter mind frame. They're the ones who are turning away from this administration, and unfortunately they are the ones who will determine the outcome of these elections-so says the corporate owned msm. Personally, I don't know what to believe, but I do know that if Americans as a whole are stupid enough to vote the Republican Tea Party back into office, then this country deserves everything we get. More jobs overseas, if you're lucky to find a job it will mean less pay for workers here at home, DADT will not be repealed, and the escalation of more wars are only a few problems this nation will face if the Republican Tea Party along with the Chamber of Commerce gets back in.

17. Because the suggested message is more powerful than the actual message:

"They" (whomever you fear: the poor, Muslims, minorities, libruls) are coming to take your Privilege Cookies, and "We must take our country back."

We have so badly lost the propaganda war that some people would rather have another worldwide economic collapse and another 20 years of war than risk the possibility of upsetting the social order. As if any significant number of extant Democrats posed such a threat.
