(R)asmussen Poll--WI Senate: Johnson (R) 53% Feingold (D) 46% |
|
The latest Rasmussen Reports statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows Johnson, a wealthy plastics manufacturer, picking up 53% of the vote. Feingold, who has represented the state in the Senate since 1993, draws support from 46%. Only one percent (1%) are undecided at this point. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
The race remains Leans Republican in the Rasmussen Reports Election 2010 Senate Balance of Power rankings.
Two weeks ago, Johnson held a similar 52% to 45% lead over Feingold. In surveys since May, Johnson’s support has risen from 44% to a high of 54%. Feingold's support in those same surveys has remained in the narrow range of 42% to 46%. But the race was a close one until last month.

2. Yeah you really do have to wonder about their "likely voter" model |
|
For example I bet that those 30.000 college students who were at the Obama/Feingold rally in Madison are not "Likely Voters" per Rassmussen.

9. The only problem is that in 2008 |

Rasmussen was the most accurate pollster along with Pew. Five thirty eight seems to think the 6-7 point lead is pretty accurate. This sucks. But I will vote and I will drag anyone i can to the polls

Actually, Feingold's probably up by 2, since Razzy's polls are all about fifth-grade level psy-ops.

7. Clearly More Reasons to Sell Out To Special Interests. |
|
Real shame. I am sure there are many that are happy to see Feingold go because he was a pain in special interest side (and many other democrats who wanted to sell out). His loss is more motivation to continue to sell your vote.

8. Voting with the GOP in the Senate has really worked out well for Russ |
|
If Independents want a Republican, they'll vote for the real thing. Voting against Wall Street reform, and other Democratic legislation hasn't seemed to help him. Sucks for him.
