Paul's head stomper identified. Says it wasn't "that bad"..no arrests made. |
|
there also was the guy who wrestled her to the ground, presumably to facilitate the head stomping. "Wasn't that bad"? What, compared to jumping up and down on her until you broke her neck or gave her a concusion? It was just a 'mild' assault and battery. Oh, well okay then! http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/10/kentucky-stomper-identified-as-pauls-now-former-bourbon-county-coordinator.php?ref=fpa

4. Bust him for Aggravated Assault. |
|
Concussion is a serious injury.
Bust 'em for Felony Aggravated Assault, preferably. I don't know the law in Kentucky, but in Texas that would be felony aggravated assault which is probably two to ten years hard time. I'm guessing.

6. Her head was smashed on the pavement... |

before the stomper put the foot to her. It was the guy that threw her down that injured her.

Either you agree with mu political position, or you get your ass kicked.
It was not a simple assault, it was a political message that he was sending.
The woman was no physical threat to anyone ... she was an intellectual threat ... and this whack job decided to send a message with his attack on her.

It is Terrorism.
If you get a chance watch Rachel Maddow's "The Assassination of Dr. George Tiller"!
Same meme....threaten, bully, and if they don't' do what the reich wing wants then physically attack them or murder them.
They are dangerous.
